Gloria has been an active real estate agent and developer in Baton Rouge for over 30 years. She has an extensive background in both commercial and residential properties. She has a wealth of information and knowledge on how to succeed in real estate. She is the owner and broker of Amelia Fine Properties. Gloria was the founder and developer of the successful Semolina’s Restaurant chain, the largest female owned business in Louisiana. She is a product of Louisiana State University. Gloria and her husband, State Representative Steve Carter have raised their children in this community and are proud to call Baton Rouge home.

A Baton Rouge native and graduate of LSU Laboratory School and LSU—with an emphasis on leadership development skills, sociology and business. She is ready to use her excellent communication skills, experiences in community service and her extensive knowledge of Baton Rouge to generate lists of properties that are well-matched with buyers’ and sellers’ needs and finances. As a debutante, Paige represented Le Cercle de Bacchus, the Mystic Krewe of Louisianians in Washington, D.C., and the Baton Rouge Symphony League. During her time at LSU she was an active member of the LSU Cheerleading squad, participating in many community services.
